1 – Getting Started

If you have found OneSeasonTrader.com, then chances are good that you already have an account with OneSeason.com.  This is obviously step one when it comes to building a successful sportfolio.

OneSeason.com currently allows you to deposit funds to your account through credit cards or through PayPal.  When it comes time to transfer funds, it’s important to remember that you should consider OneSeason trading as a fun activity.  Don’t get a second mortgage on the house.  Don’t borrow from your child’s college fund.  Don’t dip into your retirement accounts.  Do deposit an amount that you feel comfortable with based on your budget and spending needs.

You are only allowed to deposit up to $2500 in any 12-month period, so even small fishes have a chance at playing the game.  When an SOI reaches $20.01 at the close of the trading day, it will split, meaning that no single SOI should be very expensive for too long.
